Norway is a country full of decent people. And Nils is the most decent one of them all. In recognition of his hard work for the local community and to ensure traffic capacity of local roads, he has just received the title of the Citizen of the Year. However, Nils will not be allowed to rejoice for too long. His son becomes a random victim in gang warfare of the local criminal underworld. Nils decides to take matters into his own hands and lead his own amateur investigation. His unconventional methods inadvertently instigate competing gangs to start a war between them. Things sometimes take a slightly different turn than expected, even in such a well-organised and efficient country, as Norway…
