It is a documentary film dedicated to Rafał Kołacki, a sound artist, musician, and creator. He has been part of an independent experimental music scene for years. It took six months to film footage for the documentary, including the filming of the ITO and Skowyt sound installations, and the everyday field recording sessions. The camera accompanies Rafał Kołacki during field recordings, travels, and meetings, becoming an observer of how the sounds from specific locations become the foundation for further artistic work. The film is not a classic biopic, but rather a portrayal of an artist working at the crossroads of experimental music, sound art, and performance, where sound is used to record presence, memory, and connection with the surrounding.
