PERS, or the Space of Elements of Social Reality (Przestrzeń Elementów Rzeczywistości Społecznej), brings together the potential of people and the unique character of a historic building to create an alternative venue in the heart of Toruń — a café and restobar with a vegan menu, as well as a space for meetings, festivals, concerts, and art exhibitions.
