Don’t forget to bring your own exercise mat. The practice will begin at 20:30 in the green areas near Jordanki.
My name is Julia, and for 10 years I have been practising yoga and exploring the broadly understood development of body, mind and soul. Through movement, stillness, relaxation, dance, singing, breath and silence, I discover within myself and in those I guide the wonder of life and its potential. For the past 8 years, I have been teaching hatha and vinyasa yoga, as well as prenatal yoga, and more recently yoga for mothers with little ones.
On a daily basis, I lead classes and workshops at Studio w Spokoju, however outdoor workshops in nature are the most magical, essential and complete form of practice — and I have been organising them for several years now. What I want to share in my classes is mindfulness, calmness, and a deep awareness of our breath and body. An understanding that we are an interconnected whole, and that asanas are a direction and one of many elements of our personal development.
Privately, I am a witch running barefoot through the forests with my dogs, in waking dreams and dreams while awake — I feel and I see, I absorb. I love sunsets and endless mountain hikes in the Bieszczady Mountains with the wind in my hair.
