The film explores intimate relations between men, scattered between two very distance historic periods: one is set in the ancient Roman public bath in Bande, in the province of Galicia. The other happens today, when two men, António and Jota, visit the ruins of the same public bath. Back in the era of Ancient Rome, two Roman legionnaires Aurelius and Pompey, spend their time at the very same location. Two storylines, two timelines, and a single space. The film asks a question about the nature of male intimacy, going beyond any limitations imposed by history and culture.
