In the world of today, happiness, prosperity, and success are associated with the same thing: possession. Appetite for Life is a short tale about consumerism, satiety, and ignorance, told from the perspectives of two girls, who meet each other by chance, at a supermarket.

Jakub Dylewski was born in 1994, in Brodnica, where he lived and studied, until graduating from a secondary school. Then, he spent a year studying philosophy at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Finally, he started studies at the Department of Cinematography of the Lodz Film School.
