Hi there, young enthusiasts of cinema! Tofifest has officially started recruiting for the Young Jury.

It will already be the third time, when festival films are to be judges by a jury comprised of young people. Today, we have started a competition that will determine the members of the Young Jury and the Jury of Students for Tofifest 2016.

For 2 years now, all films in the ON AIR main competition have been judged by young cinema critics – enthusiasts of cinema, in addition to a jury comprised of professionals. They are selected in a competition that has just started.

Who can compete?

The competition is open for pupils of upper-secondary schools and for students. We will select two three-person jury compositions for the jury of students and of young people, respectively.

What are the rules?

The rules behind the competition are quite simple. All it takes is to write a review of any film that is currently screened in Polish cinemas, and send it via email, to us. The content of a review cannot exceed 3,500 characters. There are no other limitations imposed.

The text is to be sent to the following address: press@tofifest.pl, until 5 October 2016. The review must contain clear information about a particular jury you are applying for, as well as your name, surname, and type of school/college.

How we rate?

All reviews will be evaluated by our internal commission that will select the winners. Results will be announced after 5 October 2016.

So, 1...2...3...go!
