Marta Chyła was born in 1984. She has graduated from the Polish studies with a specialisation course in theatre at the University of Warmia and Mazury. Since 2009 she has been studying animated film at the Lodz Film School. She has made a number of animated short films (High Voltages, Long Live the King, Neons, Keep Going). She writes prose, scripts, and dramas.
