Sebastiao Salgado is a photographer from Brazil, who has spent the last 40 years travelling around the world. He has documented tragic changes in people's lives, thus bearing witness to the most significant events in the current history of the world. In his latest photography project dedicated to the beauty of the Earth, he has abandoned social photography for the sake of documenting the areas untrodden by Western civilisation, for the very first time in his career. The film is a presentation of his life and work that have made him one of the most popular photographers in the world.
