Wally’s childhood is increasingly turned upside down by her mother's alcohol addiction. Desperately, the eight-year-old tries to keep up normality in her own life and the life of her family by any means. A roller coaster ride between helplessness, excessive demands and desperation begins. It’s a daily struggle for survival.

Remo Scherrer was born in 1986 in Mutschellen. He studies at Switzerland’s renowned school for animated film, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and completes a Master of Arts in Film.
